Get ready for a sweet Easter treat! Firemen’s Park in Niagara Falls is gearing up for the annual SCVFA Easter egg hunt on Good Friday, where a whopping 600 pounds (or 39,600 chocolate eggs) will be waiting to be discovered by eager egg-hunters.
This beloved tradition has been going strong for over 25 years, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the SCVFA members who plan and prepare for the event. And with an expected turnout of around 3,000 people, it’s sure to be an egg-citing day for all!
But that’s not all – this event is also an opportunity to give back to the community. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or make a small donation at the gate, which will go towards supporting Project SHARE. Last year’s event was a huge success, with $5,000 raised and 1,200 pounds of food donated – let’s make this year even better!
In addition to the egg hunt, there will be plenty of other fun activities to enjoy, including delicious food and drinks, pony rides, and bouncy castles. This is a wonderful multi-generational event that brings the community together for a day of joy and celebration. We can’t wait to see you there!
